Minerva stands by the cave where Envy lives and asks her to make Aglauros jealous of her sister Herse. After all, the goddess is still angry with Aglauros: she took the initiative at the time to open the basket containing Erichthonius, which Minerva had entrusted to the daughters of Cecrops on condition that they leave it closed.
